1. Who We Are

Highroaders.org is a community platform owned and operated by LauralAI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Mississippi. Our mailing address is 515 Cypress Dr, Long Beach, MS 39560. You can reach us at mike@lauralai.llc.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate Highroaders.org:

• Email address — when you sign up for our early-access list or submit a business commitment. Used only to contact you about your submission and platform updates.
• Business information — name, size, sector, website, and a brief intent statement, when you submit a business to the directory. This information may be displayed publicly in the Highroaders Business Directory after review and approval.
• Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained briefly for security and debugging. We do not use these for advertising or behavioral profiling.

We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, third-party analytics SDKs, or session recording tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and respond to your business commitment submission.
• To notify you of your approval status via email.
• To send you updates about the Highroaders standard and community — infrequently and only if you have submitted your information to us.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to operate this platform:

• Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (submission confirmations and approval notices). Subject to Resend's privacy policy.
• Namecheap — domain registration.

None of these providers are authorized to use your data for any purpose other than delivering the services described above.

5. Public Directory Listings

If your business commitment is approved, your business name, sector, size, website, and intent statement will be displayed publicly in the Highroaders Business Directory. This information is intentionally public. If you wish to have your listing removed, contact us at mike@lauralai.llc and we will remove it promptly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and submission data for as long as your business remains listed in the directory, or until you request deletion. Server logs are purged on a rolling basis. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing mike@lauralai.llc.

7. Cookies

Highroaders.org uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your form state locally on your device. We do not set advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or persistent session cookies. Any data stored in localStorage stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

8. Children's Privacy

Highroaders.org is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR, CCPA, or others) to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email mike@lauralai.llc. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Highroaders.org after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
